Check It Out – Heritage Apple Day at Derby Reach Regional Park, Saturday, Oct. 3, 2015

Check out this free event on Saturday October 3rd, from 11am – 2pm at Derby Reach Regional Park in Langley. Enjoy heritage apple tree guided tours, taste different varieties, and talk with apple experts.

Meet at the Heritage Area on Allard Crescent, north of 96th Ave and 4km west of Fort Langley (Google Maps link). There will be apple tasting, historic activity demonstrations, fiddling, artists painting and historians offering insights into the area’s rich and colourful past. Presented by Derby Reach/Brae Island Parks Association and Metro Vancouver.
